Employer Paid Fee Schedule

1. FEES: The placement fee for any and all positions filled by Search Professionals, Inc. is twenty five percent (25%) of the employee's first year annual salary. For positions paying commissions, bonus, or incentives, with or without salary, Search Professionals, Inc. reserves the right to include a reasonable estimate of such compensation, such estimate to be based upon an average income for the first year. This estimate is not subject to reduction or increase thereafter.
   
   
2. GUARANTEE: Search Professionals, Inc. will guarantee any employee hired as a result of our referral for full ninety (90) days. Should the employee terminate for any reason within ninety days, Search Professionals, Inc. will replace the employee with one of the employer's choice, or refund the fee in full. The choice is at the sole discretion of the employer.
   
   
3. BILLING: Invoices are mailed upon confirmation of the placement.
   
   
4. TERMS: Our terms are two percent (2%) discount if the invoice is paid within ten (10) days of the employee's starting date. Net due thirty (30) days. Fees more than ten days late nullify the aforementioned guarantee. Fees are paid on a contingency basis and are payable only if an individual is hired, directly or indirectly as a result of our efforts.
   
   
5. POLICY: Search Professionals, Inc. deals solely on an employer paid fee basis and will not charge any fee or portion of a fee to any applicant. All applicants are referred on the basis of their qualifications for the position, without regard for race, sex, color, age, marital status, disability, religion or sexual preference.
