RETAIL FIELD RECRUITER |

Description: The Field Recruiter is responsible for supporting the Recruitment efforts for our client's Management positions. The Field Recruiter will work closely with the HR District Managers and District Managers to fulfill current and future openings in our fast-paced, growing company.

| Responsibilities: |
- Partners with Field HR Managers and District Managers to identify current and future staffing needs for our stores and determines the best recruiting plan for each position and location.
- Effectively develops a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensures job specifications, qualifications and skill sets are established to support the sourcing and selection process.
- Determines and provides appropriate recruiting sources, screens resumes, interviews candidates, submits resumes and schedules candidates with HR Managers, District Managers and Hiring Managers. Will also conduct reference and background checks, pre-close candidates, prepare offers and close the loop with candidates who are not selected.
- Recruits exempt level staff using a variety of proactive and traditional methods including; direct and targeted sourcing, networking, internal and external referrals, print ads and other advertising vehicles, job fairs, Internet job boards, CTS web site and resume database searches.
- Provides strong communication to HR Managers, District Managers and Hiring Managers as well as regular communication with applicants.
- Builds and maintains strong customer service relationships with store operations management team, corporate management and vendors.
- Identifies and manages preferred contingency agencies, when needed.
- Travels to field locations and participates in special recruiting events, as necessary, to support current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborates in the development of staffing performance metrics; prepares periodic management reports to evaluate and enhance staffing results.
- Ensures recruiting and hiring process complies with company policies and practices and complies with all applicable EEO regulations, guidelines and laws

| Requirements: |
- Must have a minimum 3-5 years of Retail recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-location environment.
- A combination of Retail Field experience and Agency desirable.
- Must have the ability and experience to develop creative and non-traditional recruiting sources and alliances.
- Excellent organizational, communication and follow-up skills are essential.
- Strong customer service skills and relationship building skills are a must, as well as a strong commitment to excellence.
- A confident, professional approach needed to work with all levels of management.
- Must be Internet Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Occasional overnight travel required.
