The ideal candidate for the position will be highly skilled in each of the following areas in a fast paced, dynamic, and multi-unit retail operation:

• Needs assessment &Analysis
• Instructional design & development (hourly and management training programs, leadership development, technical training, etc.)
• Process mapping/documentation & process redesign
• Project management
• Solution roll out & implementation
• Measurement
• Program/Workshop facilitation

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Minimum five years hands on experience designing, developing and implementing effective training and development solutions in a multi-unit retail environment; prior retail store experience is a real plus.
• Well-developed internal consulting, presentation, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and administrative skills.
• Must be a self-starter who is results driven, resourceful, and adaptable.
• Good business acumen and strong problem solving skills.
• Strong PC skills; MS Office preferred.
