Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in a big box distribution center either at the Operations Manager level or above Strong analytical, project management and communication skills are required. The Operations Manager will play a key roll in leading and managing the opening of a new, one million square foot, state-of-the art distribution center. Previous experience in opening a DC would be helpful as would experience in a retail DC in a big box high volume environment. The successful candidate will be groomed to run their own distribution center as the company expands. Six/Sigma training a plus.
