Special Investigations Manager |
| Description: |
Coordinates and conducts Loss Prevention investigative activities, both internal and external, throughout he company as directed by the VP of Loss Prevention and the Assistant Vice President of Loss Prevention Operations. Responds to major events of theft and/or crises as necessary and coordinates tactical investigative operations utilizing company and/or third party resources. Working with the field management, establishes and maintains effective working relationships with federal, state and local law enforcement. Works closely with Organized Retail Crime investigation teams of other retailers in combating ORC groups. Prepares major cases for prosecution. Travels to company locations as required with short or no notice. Prepares theft activity reports and communicates information to the field organization and management. Will also perform other tasks as assigned.

| Requirements: |
A minimum of 10 years investigation experience is ideal. Equivalent work experience in retail, law enforcement or related field will be considered. Candidates with law enforcement background are preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in a related area of study is desired. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, report-writing and hands-on experience are essential. The position requires travel up to 75% of the time.
